January update brings push to talk and a police radio!

The major new feature in this version is Push To Talk support. Meaning that if you use push to talk in Discord or Warzone for example, Sound Monster will push the button for you whenever a sound is playing.

Another biggie is the option to play a sound when a key is double tapped! And another sound when a key is released.

Fix audio crackling and distortion
